Family business PETRIE finds its origins more than 150 years ago. JACOBUS PETRIE started creating riding boots of exceptional craftsmanship and quality.

In our fast-paced times, ROECKL has been focusing on traditional craftsmanship and natural materials since 1839, and celebrated its 180th anniversary in 2019.



What has already distinguished ROECKL as a purveyor to the royal court – to create products of excellent quality and elegance. 


Today, more than 180 years later and in the sixth generation, the credo is the best prerequisite for products from the traditional house ROECKL to become sustainable favourites.

ROECKL leather gloves are still made by hand today in the traditional "table cut". Every single pair is a unique piece of craftsmanship. 

First, up to 24 individual parts are cut, then the individual parts are joined together in hand seam or topstitching.
